This EH Panel Van came straight from the Gosford museum, family owned from new with a genuine 69,000 miles on her. With a dream of her becoming a ‘beach cruiser’ the owner commissioned us to re-paint and rebuild her with the addition of a newer gen V8 heart.
We began with some minor bodywork, fresh paint and a custom LS install which by all accounts should have been a simple fit. As with many after-market bolt-in kits we’ve used before, they’re never simple and a lot of re-engineering had to be done to get the swap done properly.
Sporting air conditioning, custom fuel tank/system, disc brake front end and our ADR approved seat belts she’s now fully engineered, registered and ready to rumble her way down the beach!
